After checking out your cards, you will need to decide if you are comfortable with your hand or if you want another card.  The way to determine this is by adding up the two cards that you have, and determining what your odds are of either getting closer to 21 or going over and busting. 

In order to make an accurate decision, you will need to know the value of each card.  All of the face cards (Jacks, Queens, Kings) count as 10, an ace can count as either 1 or 11, and the other cards are counted as whatever the value of the card reads. 

If you end up getting closer to 21 than the dealer without going over, you will win the hand as well as the money that goes along with it!
